Should I have a CRM within the Equine Industry???



Well, what is a CRM? It is a Customer Relationship Management tool that helps data analysis and interactions between people.


Many tools can be used to assist your business needs. With the technology we have these days using our phones can be a simple but effective tool, different apps or software programs can help us to remember or remind us of projects that we have to do.


There are all different software programs that are available, such as, Pipedrive, Hubspot, Zoho, etcetera. All this software is used to create solid relationships between you and your clients/customers.


It can be difficult to remember everything when it comes to creating a client relationship and sales. It will help track the journey of each customer/client.


It could help automate tasks, such as follow-up, emails, chatbot, and other added features. It would help create custom reports for your business on your clients'/customers journey.



In Conclusion…


It is a long-term tool to grow your business. It helps keep track of your clients'/customers information to remember and create a relationship.


Ultimately if you think you need it for your business you should get it and if you don't think you need it then don’t.
